My husband and I talked to the staff about our room having a smell bad odor coming from the carpet and they agreed to have someone come in and clean and deodorize the carpet while we supposed to be gone to our family event but when we came back each time we was there for days this mail was just his words as it was when we first checked in the room. I spoke with the manager about it at breakfast the second day they still assured me that they would take care of it each day it was the same promise but was not fulfilled. I even asked him did they welcome pets they said no because the smell of the room the carpet was so stained like they had a dead dog or something in it . When we got ready to check out my husband had went ahead of me and paid the full price and I asked them about some type of refund and he said he couldn't give us any discount for anything because we had booked a room through you all. So now I'm asking what can you do to help us of what type of refund can we get from you all for the smell that we had to endure for the four days he was there my email is j o h a n n i c e c o x at yahoo.com yes sir.

I only stayed one night and was disappointed in this hotel given the price. I got in at 2 am so didn’t know that the exit door I was near would wake me up early with all the foot traffic. The bathroom had prior water damage —the door was delaminating and the door wouldn’t stay open. The breakfast eggs appeared to be either rehydrated or pre-packaged cubes--I didn't bother eating anything.

My husband and I always go for a breakfast hotel. Comfort Inn and Suites has never disappointed us. The place is just well kept and clean, just like our home in Jamaica. The front desk person was very informative, we were able to call Jamaica and visit Coral Spring Mall based on her suggestions, we met her at 8pm on Dec 28 when we checked in. We also got an upgraded room. We love Comfort Inn and Suites.
