Dirty water out of faucets. Bright yellow. I didn’t want to shower in it. No housekeeping, regardless of when you request it. Dirty floors throughout bedrooms and bathrooms tiny cool pools. Felt like a vacay in a parking lot

Room have cockroaches, I did talk to a Manager name Angela and her answer was ohhh they come from outside. room small and was a lot of noisy from the A/c unit. not good.

We arrived at the Hotel early around 10:30 am because returning from a Cruise. Our check in time was 3pm. So of course we didn’t expect to be checked in at that time. I booked 2 rooms. It was 2 disabled seniors in my party so it would have been nice if we could have been accommodated sooner. We kept being told no rooms were ready but as I was sitting in the lobby I would over hear them tell other early customers they could get in the room for a $20 plus tax fee which they accepted and received a room. This was NEVER offered to us. When we did get our 2 rooms at three even though we had a pre check in we had to go thru the process all over again. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The only disappointing things about the room is that the floor was dirty. I had on white socks and from my bed to the bathroom they got black and there was no ventilation in the bathroom so upon taking a shower the floor was moist and slippery so we had to use towels to get up the condensation.
