Disappointing Stay

We stayed in the honeymoon suite for a romantic couples night for use of the indoor jacuzzi tub. There were pros and cons. The pros; the bed was comfortable and it was a spacious room. The cons; upon arrival we asked the gentleman at the front desk for a later checkout he said no problem we could checkout at noon complimentary we just had to let the front desk know in the morning. They did not allow us to checkout at noon. The door didn't have a manual deadbolt or secure lock. When we filled up the jacuzzi tub and the second we turned on the jets the water turned black and there were chunks of algae and mold in the water. At exactly 10:00 am the housekeeper came banging on the door despite having the do not disturb sign on the door and slung open the door seeing my husband completely in the nude. Will not stay here again.

My stay at the hotel over the weekend was excellent! The room were spotless and very comfortable, and the pool area was well-kept. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I also loved that convenient stores, bars, and restaurants were within walking distance, which made everything even easier. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Subject: Request for Refund of $50 Deposit and Clarification of Additional Charges Dear [Hotel Name] Team, I hope this message finds you well. I checked into your hotel around 10:30 PM and stayed until the next morning, checking out around 10:30 AM. At check-in, I was informed that a $50 deposit would be charged and refunded after checkout, along with an additional $10 “fee” and $12 for the bar. The front desk agent was helpful and polite, but I was not clearly informed why these extra charges were applied or how they were calculated. I only stayed for one night, and I did not use any minibar or extra services other than sleeping in the room. Up to now, I have not received the $50 deposit refund, and I would appreciate it if you could clarify the full breakdown of the charges and when I should expect the refund to be processed. I kindly request that the $50 deposit be refunded as soon as possible, and I suggest that all fees and charges be clearly communicated during the booking or check-in process to avoid confusion.
