Kitchen equipped for real cooking. Strong Wi-Fi in every room and most outdoor spaces.



Work from home: office desk, office chair, redundant Wi-Fi networks (AT&T and Xfinity), Ethernet jacks for both, and a 34-inch wide-screen monitor.



Directions for getting to the beach and where to park are provided.



A pack-n-play is provided, and a highchair is available on request.



All of our TVs (in all units) are 4K Smart TVs (mostly Samsung). They have apps preinstalled for Netflix, HBO, etc, and you can sign on to your own streaming accounts. We do not, however, have cable. Local channels are very limited.



Coffee: We provide a Keurig coffee maker and four coffee pods for the first morning. We no longer provide a drip/filter coffee maker.



Beach gear: We provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide beach umbrellas, but you can rent them at some beaches. We do not provide snorkeling gear.

Calm and Quiet

Perfect location, quiet, right next to Publix, and everything is clean! We stayed for a week and couldn’t complain at all about the quality of the stay.

Very clean and great manager

We needed a bathmat because the tub was slippery. The manager went and bought one at Target. He also fixed the TV that was having issues.

Great boat show spot

Within 1 1/2 miles from a boat taxi to get to show. TV was a little hard to watch anything. You have to input your info to get you tube tv to work. It also had a lot of buffering that you had to put up with. Nice touch to give us a bottle of wine.

Cozy/Clean Home in Great Location

This home was as described and photographed. It had the basic items needed for a short stay and a big plus was beach gear and towels! The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. Check in was easy, easy, easy. Lastly, the location is close to everything you may want to do in the area. Another plus is it is walking distance to a grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider rebooking in the future.

Great place!

My friend and I stayed here for four nights on a last minute booking after another property canceled on us. The owner was very responsive (despite living in Europe) and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, the appliances were all new (including an air fryer!), and there was ample parking out front. The beach was only a short drive away and there are multiple restaurants/stores within a couple minute drive. Thanks again for having us! Ryan
