This is a great property and the room(apt) was fabulous; however, when we arrived to check in we were met with a heavy odor. Prior to arriving, the map link took us to the wrong location. When I called the property, the girl answering the phone couldn’t provide any information to help guide us. She couldn’t even confirm the address. When we walked in and were met with a strong odor, we understood why she couldn’t help us. She was unable to answer the simplest of questions. Other than this, this property is fantastic. In a great spot, super cute, and would love to stay here again. Just be forewarned that the map link may not lead you to Key Largo but to the next Key.

We stayed at this property 1 1/2 years ago and absolutely loved it, but something has changed. Checked into 1st condo & it reeked of smoke, then moved to 2nd which had neither TV working plus 6 light bulbs were not working through out condo then finally moved to a 3rd and it was ok. Husband was very tired moving luggage all over because of steps. Water pressure in shower was terrible, 2 lightbulbs out in this place also. We stayed for a week and the Saturday we checked in it was basically impossible to get some extra towels (only given 2 bath towels in condo). Went to the pool and NO pool towels either. They made up for it by placing a bag of towels in our condo the next afternoon (I guess after everyone checked out & laundry was done from the weekend). Bathroom by pool area was disgusting and 2 days later when we went back by pool the bathroom looked exactly the same (it had never been cleaned). I took a picture of the bathroom & went to tell the office, but she was busy with customer. Someone must have seen me on camera taking a picture and then they went and locked the door to the bathroom. The grounds needed some TLC but the view from balcony was really nice. This place is tucked away off the main road and has a nice view of the waterway plus it is very convenient to anything you would want. The staff really did try their best to accommodate us and that's why I am giving it an overall of 3 stars.

Absolutely fantastic! Just what we needed. Quiet. Clean. Relaxing. We originally booked at another hotel in the Everglades and decided to not stay at that location due to the cleanliness and quickly found Waterside within minutes of checking our Expedia app. So glad that we made to last minute decision.

This was right next to the departure point for Rainbow Reef's scuba diving boats, making it super easy to do a dive week without driving all over. The kitchen in the room was a nice addition as well.

We stayed at Waterside for 3 nights. We booked the deluxe suite where there was a double bed instead of a pull out couch. This was perfect for us as my husband and I had our adult daughter with us. There’s a small kitchen & half a bath down stairs with the master & full bath being in the loft. We loved this set up as we were busy all day & really needed comfy beds for 3 adults. The balcony was nice as it faced the canal. The sliding door to walk out to the balcony in our unit was not on track therefore heavy to open. That was really our only complaint about our unit. The bathrooms were relatively updated & everything worked well throughout the unit.

Nice place, convenient, on the canal

Clean and close to everything. Friendly staff and guests, and our dog enjoyed making new friends too. We were directly across the canal from Sharkey's Grill, and you may hear the locals having a great time from your room at night (we checked out that place for lunch, and recommend it as well).

Excellent stay! This beautifully updated townhouse was perfect. The downstairs living area, fully equipped kitchen, and half bath were so convenient — we especially enjoyed the balcony overlooking the marina! The upstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and full bath made it extra comfortable. 10/10 — would definitely recommend!

The rooms have 2 levels. There’s living room and kitchen downstairs. The couch downstairs makes into bed and then the main bedroom is up stairs. If you have a friend that snores you can get away to another bedroom
