Welcome to our beautiful Tiny home —perfect for relaxing with your family and creating unforgettable memories. Our home is located within beautifully maintained gated campground and Marina with boat ramp,

Our space is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and memorable stay. Secure your getaway now and start planning your perfect escape!

Our self-check-in space features a Modern Tiny Home with many custom features. Inside you will find a bedroom with Queen Bed. Loft space with 1 Full mattress and 1 twin-sized mattress and the living room with fold-out sofa (sleeps 2).

Outside, the porch/patio area features: Covered Patio with a BBQ grill with one burner stove. Ice maker. Dining Table with six chairs and Parking for dual jetski trailer or boat up to 23ft on our lot (no water docking allow)

Come watch the beautiful Key Largo sunset from the pool or a common area.

Escape to Key Largo Campground & Marina, just 50 miles south of Miami. Situated at Mile Marker 101.5 Oceanside. We're conveniently located a quarter mile off U.S. 1 and just a mile south of the entrance to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park, reachable within a short 7-minute drive. Immerse yourself in the ultimate experience with easy access to activities like snorkeling excursions, diving expeditions, kayaking, jet skiing and more.

**Upon check-in you will be asked for a $250 refundable credit card hold from the association. This is a regulation required for all guests staying in the community. This $250 is NOT a charge; it is just in case guest causes any damage to community property.
**All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must be registered at the office. Only 1 vehicle is authorized per reservation and must obtain a decal to enter the property. Additional vehicle $10.00 fee. 1 vessel (up to boat 23Ft or Jet-ski) per reservation.

**$25 one time boat ramp fee only if you bring a boat.
Guests will need to park their boat on our lot overnight. Docking on the water is not available to guests (reserved for community residents). Our lot has a 10FT x 47FT clearance for boat/trailer/vehicle parking.
Pet Policy: NO PETS!
**GOLF CART NOT INCLUDED IN LISTING*** Golf Cart (6-person) can be rented for an additional fee. Contact host for more details.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
Amenities and recreational activities include designated smoking areas and a playground.
Guests will find features like onsite parking.

Super clean and cozy

This place was very cozy and very clean.We are pretty picky travelers and this host definitely takes pride in their place. Would highly recommend, close to lots of fun things to do, but off the beaten path enough to be quiet at night.

Perfect short stay

The tiny home was perfect for my three-day stay. Deborah left lots of thoughtful touches and amenities, and it was one of the cleanest homes I've ever stayed in. The campground was easy to locate, quiet, and well-kept. Reliable and fast internet, and the outdoor patio space was lovely for relaxing. I only wish my trip had been longer, and I'd happily return.

Super cute tiny home

My family of 5 (3 kiddos ages 7-11) stayed here for a few nights while exploring the Everglades & Biscayne NP. The home was clean and well kept. It seemed like every space was well thought out. I really appreciated the k-cup supply (as our flight was real delayed and it was too late to stop at the grocery) and the NICE blow dryer ;), & cozy throw blankets to snuggle with. The outdoor table and shower and bonus balls/rackets were great!

Love this home!!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Loved this sweet little home for a wedding we attended in the Keys. Owners were excellent on communication any questions or if we needed anything they answered back quickly! Great location!

What an amazing find! The tiny house is absolutely adorable. i am a bit of a turtle fan so it made me smile. Rene and Deborah were available by text, when i asked about some cleaning supplies they had door dash there before i even read a response. One tiny thing more of an fyi, there is no ice maker, so just grab a bag on your way in. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
