All the hotel staff was incredibly nice. And the hotel itself is beautiful! My partner and i walked, yes walked, everyday to the city center - do not recommend as an everyday thing ! - and Villa Neroli was a nice place to come “home” to after an adventurous day!

They have very clean and modern rooms, everything in hotel is very well taken care of. The rooms are also spacious compared to other hotels in Florence and very comfy beds. The restaurant is also great! 5 stars on everything! Will be back next year.
