Bargello Apartment - Two Bedroom Apartment, Sleeps 4

Bright and elegant apartment with a wonderful view on Bargello Museum, with architectural particular details that makes a balanced inner spaces' distribution. Piece of furniture with a characteristic Florentine style.    A warmand comfy living room with kitchenette corner, perfectly divided from the ngihts area with two double bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is at the third floor, without elevator, in a very silent street in the real heart of the historical center, few steps by Santa Croce's Church and many typical and    local restaurants and shops. The apartmen has wi-fi.

Service limitation : The temperature values allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance ) up to a maximum of 21° C. Based on Decree no. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition , for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the Municipality of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.  


Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of the keys, a cost of 50 Euros will be charged for replacing the lock for security reasons .  


For urgent interventions caused by the guest outside office hours (from 10pm to 8am) a payment of EUR100 will be required     


As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .

Arrival between 00:00 and 02:00 is subject to 100 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
