The location was an easy walk from the train and close enough walk to the Bardini and Bolboli gardens. The apartment was very comfortable for the 2 of us. It was a relief to have a gas stove and washing machine I could figure out. The location of the washing machine was very clever.

Laundry is in a staircase donjun like. We didn't want to use it. Great location it could a great place if it was cleaner but good value. I recommend for a budget place close to the city center.

The apartment was so well situated, very good walking distance from both train station and central Florence. It was warm, once we figured out how to use the central heating (don't have in NZ). An excellent spot to base yourself in Florence. Was great having big windows and the bedroom was a good size. Also handy having a washing machine and clothes rack. Supermercato close by also.

Nice quiet locatiom

Nice, cozy and close to everything. Linens were clean, kitchen had most utensils you need to cook a simple meal and some toiletries were provided. Manager was responsive and took care of issues quickly.

I really enjoyed staying here- the location is excellent (within walking distance of everything without too many crowds nearby) and I found the apartment to be exceptionally clean and bigger than expected.I tend to spend about 14 hours a day out and about when I’m traveling, so all I truly need is a clean, easy to access space with a comfortable sleeping situation. This checked all the boxes for me. The neighborhood is safe for the single traveler and there are some pretty decent restaurants within a few blocks (great for grabbing dinner after a long day of sightseeing).One tiny thing- the gentleman who met me when I arrived was already upstairs when I got in (loved that he was there, very nice)… he didn’t offer to come down and help me with my bags. Not a dealbreaker- but would have been the cherry on top of an otherwise error-free stay.I would recommend this VRBO to friends traveling to Florence in the future.
