Worst experience I've ever had. Booking this hotel is a huge gamble. I saw some really poor reviews but I know it's impossible to please everyone so I ignored them. Don't make the same mistake. Our room was leaking a disgusting, smelly substance. Told the front desk and they didn't care. They said we have no other rooms. They sent maintenance to take a look and he was actually really helpful and apologetic. They finally agreed to change our room (suddenly there was an availability). Unfortunately, our new room had two broken bed frames. The beds were on a 45 degree angle. Told the front desk and they blamed it on us before finally agreeing to send the maintenance guy again. To top it off, some of the most stuck up people working at the front desk I've ever seen. Book anywhere else.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the location to the amenities. The staff was particularly outstanding, providing top-notch service throughout our visit. We also really enjoyed the restaurant and the rooftop, which were both fantastic. The only minor issue was some noise at night from a terrace party, but it wasn't too disturbing and didn't take away from our overall great experience.

Excellent hotel but a bit far from the attractions

This hotel was amazing. The only reason I didn’t stay here longer is the location makes it a fairly long walk to the attractions. Depending on your purpose and who you are with, this can be great option.

Best Place Ever

This was by far the best place we stayed at. The place is modern, spotless, and the rooftop bar is great. We could see the Duomo from there. At night that view is lovely. The laundry is free, and there’s no need to buy detergent. You just load and go. You can reserve machines through their app. We were just a few steps away from the train station, which was a blessing. There’s restaurants and shopping right there.

We loved our stay here. Wished we could have stay longer. Facilities and staff were great. Not a lot around the hotel i.e. about 12 minute walk before you reach the central areas to do stuff or reach major restaurants.
