The living room leads to the romantic bedroom with terrace, furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and stylish corner cupboard.
Beyond the kitchen is the living room, with blue wallpaper, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a large window that lets in warm sunlight, giving the room a winter garden atmosphere.
A bathroom with shower and window and a utility room with washing machine complete the apartment.

Our apartment is located in Via Lorenzo il Magnifico, an important road leading from Piazzale della Fortezza da Basso just outside the historic centre and the restricted traffic zone, between the Fiera district and the Santa Maria Novella district, 15 minutes walk from the oldest part of the city.
Ideal for couples, families or business people, it has everything you need for your stay.
Just a stone's throw away you will find: bank, pharmacy, bars, pastry shops, ice-cream parlours, pizzerias, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, laundry, bus stop.
Our apartment is in a strategic position to reach all corners of the city on foot in a short time.
