This is a recently renovated apartment with 3 bedrooms and updated kitchen and bath. It’s the only rental we stayed in this trip where all the plumbing worked flawlessly. The AC works, there’s a dishwasher, and there’s a washing machine on the balcony. It’s a great location, walking distance to the train station and near the car rental offices. You get more space at a lower price by being a few minutes farther from the museums, but that means you’re close to grocery stores and the food court at the central market, We arrived on the train, walked over, checked in with a digital code, and climbed 3 flights of stairs to get in. The front door is one of those fancy high security things, so plan to spend a minute practicing with the key. The kitchen has limited equipment, including a nice toaster. But plan to mostly eat out and get coffee at the church square a few blocks away.

Florence

The apartment was beautiful and super clean. Very nicely decorated. Perfect location was in walking distance to most everything we were interested in! Beds were very comfortable. The little patio was nice for some air at night. There were three of us and we each had our own bedroom and two bathrooms was perfect for us! Communication with owner was great! Check in instructions and pictures were perfect! Check out was also very easy! Great place to stay to visit the beautiful city of Florence! Highly recommend!
