Compact yet functional, it welcomes up to four guests in a residential area full of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, close to the city's main attractions.

The apartment comprises two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. It has air conditioning. The building's stairs are narrow, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Good to know:
The apartment is on the second floor of a historic building without a lift, with narrow communal stairs; it is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm; for arrivals after 8:00 pm a surcharge applies, but we are always reachable. On arrival you will find a starter kit for your first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The house has a boiler: for maximum comfort we recommend using the shower one at a time, as simultaneous use of hot water may temporarily reduce its temperature. The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). The tourist tax is €6 per person per night.

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, location, listing accuracy
Absolutely filthy. Peeling paint and mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. An ant infestation in the kitchen and even saw them in the bedrooms. They sent a cleaner but you can’t clean your way out of an ant infestation. I could not cook for my family there. Had to fight with them to cancel remaining days. Person on duty on Sunday had no authority to take care of that. It was a disaster of a stay and we wasted so much time on this.
