The property was no inviting. Once we got to our room it wasn’t very clean. The sink, the blow dryer and Tub were disgusting. While trying to take showers in the morning Housekeeping was banging on the door it want even 9:00am. Very disappointing, we won’t be staying there again.

This property is in a very unsafe location with parking in an unlit alley. The property itself is very rundown and dirty with roaches and broken toliet seats. We declined to stay despite prepaying and the manager said he would refund half of our stay but did not (from the receipt, it looks like he paid himself the refund personally).

It appears the property is under new management and possible being updated. The room was very inexpensive and the staff charge a deposit refundable typically 3-5 business days almost as much as room cost. My room was prepaid before I arrived.

Should be great when complete, but the pool, the breakfast and even the bulbs in some room lamps were missing, as was the battery to one of the TV's. VERY nice desk personnel, however, and a great rate for our clean, large room in the meantime.
