Room was spotless, Staff upon checking in was great. Hotel seemed a bit old we probably needs remodeling at some point. We were there for a quick night on our way to Florida. It was perfect for what we needed.

Staff was excellent very help full , Room was poor who ever check rooms for repair are doing a bad job . Arriving we had tu switch rooms refrigerator wasn’t working. I have water inside. . Was giving a different room . Chair and table of Computer Desk what’s disgusting couldn’t even sit on the chair. Bathroom door had rust and peeling. The iron had like a glue on it messed up my wife’s shirt . Then we had to leave the next day they had no heat.

The front desk concierge treated me like he was a prison guard . It became frigidly cold overnight and there was only lukewarm hot water, so I couldn't take a shower. Very unpleasant and disappointing experience. C minus on my grade scale.I would never go back.

No hot water. This is unacceptable. I realized that maintenance problems occur however, when it occurs in the whole hotel, I think it’s unreasonable for the hotel guest to get a cold shower without some sort of compensation.

The staff was helpful and friendly, but the room was disgusting. The shower was dirty, hair on the walls and tub, shower curtain looked dirty. Bathroom amenities were scant. Bed spread was dirty and smelled. The floor was filthy, when wiped with a wet cloth it was BLACK!, and there was trash in the broken dresser drawers.
