The heat in my room was broken. I contacted the front desk who said she would come up but never did. There was a French fry on the floor (I did not eat in the room) and there was a dirty washcloth in the shower.

There is a room on the first floor which is right next to the elevators. This room should be shut down and only rented when customers are well aware of the noise that will be heard while they stay. It was horrible and I drove in from TX and couldn’t get proper sleep.

The room was not clean. Candy on the floor, toilet had bowl mess still on it, hair in the shower and lots of dust. This should not be the case with the amount charged at these hotels. We often stay here and this was just not clean. Good thing I travel with Lysol and bleach wipes.

The floor had a big yellow stain on it and the room smelled like cat. The receptionist stated that they dont allow animals. But we later saw a person with a dog. The room should have inspected and cleaned before we arrived.

At 2am in the morning as I was taking my shower I noticed that around the soap and shampoo dispenser black mold!!! It was too early for me to leave and too late to change rooms.
