The shower head was broken and would not stay in place, plus anytime you activated the water (sink, shower, toilet) there was a loud annoying noise coming from the pipes. Apart from the bathroom the rest of the room was perfect

The room was advertised as a bed & breakfast, there was no breakfast offered. It was also advertised as a bathroom/bidet included IN the room. The bathroom was shared. There was no WiFi even when the weather was sunny and clear. A handful of mosquitos in the room too. I have about 8 bug bites from the five nights I stayed there.

Overall ok, theres no reception or lobby or anything. We had to use WhatsApp to contact the owner(?) To let us into the apartment building. The bathroom was dirty, but they let us move to another room immediately. Doors work with a code rather than a key so they just texted us to move to a new room No room service, no fresh towels etc during our stay. We probably could have requested them. Ok location, tram T2 goes towards city center, about a 10 min walk.

The rooms were comfortable, the location is great, and the staff was super nice and responsive. Although the check-in process and communication is all on-line, they always replied immediately to all my messages and requests. The only downside was the shower of the shared bathroom, which was a bit unsteady. But overall, I had good experience!

Arrived and had to call somebody to gain access to the property. Upon entering, it is very clear that they had an excellent photographer take the pictures as looked nothing like advertised. I’m 99% sure I booked an en suite room but was told on arrival that I had booked a room with a shared bathroom, okay, potentially my mistake. Upon checking said shared bathroom, safe to say the cleanliness standards were absolutely appalling. Firstly, when the tap is on in the sink, the plughole would fill up within seconds leading to a bowl full of water. The shower, just wow, never in my life have I seen anything like it. The screen was filthy and full of mould, inside the shower itself, the walls, shower pipe and shower head also both full of mould, just vile. The bedroom was clean upon first inspection then as the trip went on there was bugs present. I mentioned the cleanliness standards to the telephone number provided, I was asked to provide photos, which I did. I was then promised the bathroom would be sufficiently cleaned, safe to say, it wasn’t. The wifi didn’t work at all and when mentioned to the staff member via Whatsapp, there was no response. Location wise, the property is ideally placed, a 7 min walk from the train station and approximately 15min walk from the Dome but that doesn’t change the fact the place was an absolute dump. Avoid!

The check in was remotely done, quick and smooth but the room provided was terrible. The double bed is made using two single beds, not comfortable at all. The room was full of mosquitos and was a graveyard of dead flies and mosquites all around the walls. Toilet was clean but was small and getting into and out of the shower is unsafe as it is very easily slippable
