The breakfast was great, the rooms were spectacular, the staff was wonderful. I would've gave it 5 stars, but one of the reasons why I picked this particular hotel was for the indoor pool and hot tub. But the hot tub was out of order. 😔😡 the pool wasn't heated, but the temperature wasn't bad
My son and granddaughter... I think they enjoyed the bed. It's after 3 pm. Lol

had a fantastic experience at the Hampton Inn & Suites Florence-North-I-95. The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and genuinely kind from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. The complimentary breakfast was also a standout — great quality, plenty of options, and constantly refreshed. Overall, this hotel delivered an excellent stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again the next time I’m passing through the area

Room was clean spotless, staff could have been a little friendlier but… just like me Hampton Inn at the Civic Center hot tub was out of order!!! Civic Center hot tub didn’t even have water in it. I booked at both hotels because they had hot tubs and with MUCH COOLER weather the last few nights I was looking forward to utilizing that amenity that was listed on BOTH locations. Not happy and not satisfied with Hampton Inn

Hotel was nice. Room was very clean. Quick check in at the desk. Breakfast was good. The women that run it were on top of everything including making sure people were practicing good hygiene near the food area. That was very much appreciated.

Everything was clean but staff was a little too eager to clean the rooms. I walked out at 8am to take a cooler to the car and was asked if I was coming back to the room. I said yes my wife is still asleep. Checkout was 1200. We left the room at 930.

This is a great hotel, especially for the money! The room was spacious and nicely updated, very clean and comfortable. We used the laundry facilities and the weight room. The laundry was pretty cheap to do, and the weight room had really good equipment. I wish I had more time to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi!
