Juniper Retreat has 2 distinct and fully contained accommodation levels with separate entrances,

kitchens, dining/living room areas, and full-size washers and dryers. Each level boasts 6 suites

(total 12) consisting of 4 queen bed suites and 2 double twin bed suites, and the twin bed suites

can conveniently be converted to king upon request with advance notice , and possible charge per room. All suites have a closet for tucking away

travel items and ensuite private bathrooms with shower/tub combo, large vanity, and highgrade

fixtures.

loved ones or get on the same page with their team. The grand formal dining hall is ideal for

kid in you) to hang out. After a few rounds of games – take your pick from pool, air hockey,

foosball, and vintage arcade to classic board games – sit back and relax in the outdoor 7-person

hot tub or by one of the gas flame firepits. Perched 3 floors up with unobstructed views of

downtown and the peaks, everyone will agree this is the hot spot to chill at the end of the day.

Being in the middle of it all in this premium downtown location does mean hearing the urban

hustle and a little traffic noise during certain times of the day.



Please note that the security deposit hold will be charged for any late checkouts at a rate of $100.00 per hour with a minimum one (1) hour charge, and that housekeeping will access the building at checkout time even if the property is still occupied. This ensures that we can provide

same day turn around and offer the same clean and ready experience for all our guests.



Early check-in cannot be approved/confirmed until three (3) days prior to arrival to allow same

day turnaround for our guests. If early check-in is requested and approved there is an

applicable fee of $100.00 for early arrivals.



Booking Juniper Roost represents a significant investment in your group being together in this

amazing building. With all the uncertainties in travel, flight cancellations, and COVID, we urge

our guests to buy trip insurance for coverage in the case that interruptions force you to cancel

your stay with us. We follow a strict cancellation policy and do not issue refunds.
