For the price, this was disappointing. At half the cost, I'd have no complaints, but at this premium rate the issues were unacceptable. The walls are paper thin. You hear every step and movement from neighboring rooms. The heat is cranked to blazing with no individual room control. We had to open windows and run the AC simultaneously just to sleep while the furnace blasted. Meanwhile, the bathroom is unheated and freezing. The TV is tiny, the pillows are comically small for a king bed. It's essentially a bed and breakfast without the breakfast.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and the place was nicely decorated for the holidays. The room was spacious but could use more storage. There were only two drawers and a small space to hang things in the bathroom, but extra blankets and robes were taking up a lot of that space. The bathroom has nothing to hang wet towels, no towel racks for the bath towels. We stayed for 8 nights. The first day housekeeping didn’t show up at all. Midweek they stopped making the bed and replenishing the shower gel, basically it was just fresh mugs and fresh towels. The room was overheated by a radiator that is being centrally controlled, so we had the windows open the entire time, what a waste of energy.

Beautiful location, a short walk to downtown. Free parking, Room was clean and spacious. Our stay was quiet and relaxing. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My husband and I look forward to staying here again. ( we stayed in Olivia Marcel ; upstairs double room. It was fantastic.

Our “Emilio Francesca” suite was immensely CLEAN (kudos to the cleaning crew!). The suite was nice; however, we wished the bar came with a sink. The Inn is diminutive with only 11 rooms. I felt that the Inn staff was a bit standoffish, judging by their text message mannerism.

Easy check in. Staff was friendly and nice. Room was clean, charming, stylish and cozy. Only one negative point was sofa bed's mattress quality. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect. If you don't use sofa bed, sofa quality also very good. I would love to stay again.
