"Don’t book airport transfers thru hotel. Guy shows up in the morning charges more than told by hotel and shows up in a small. Car with other passengers and you hold you luggage on your lap. Girl at check in amazing. Great onsite restaurant air conditioning great. Recommend except for air port transfers"

"The air conditioning was not working very well so we were uncomfortable in the rooms. It was especially distressing because we needed a good night of sleep before an early flight. The staff was kind, but were not able to help us with this issue. I'm sure when the AC is working, its a great hotel Perfect location next to Terminals 1,2,3."

"The staff person was welcoming and helpful and it’s very fun to have a beach walk and sunset on ones last day in Italy. However, the taxi ride from the central train station cost 120 euros because it’s outside the Rome city limits on the other side of the airport. (We probably got ripped off, we admit). The pillows are thin and lumpy, there’s a blasting light on in the courtyard all night- and the air conditioning left everything pretty clammy. The shower’s great but it’s a hard place to sleep."
