This hotel offers very basic amenities, considering the price. I paid $280 per day. We booked this hotel by the airport for an early morning flight and very limited and cold breakfast spread for the paid price. I reserved 1 room including breakfast and had a receipt to prove it. I received confirmation from the lady at the reception desk when check-in. Next morning, a man at the reception desk told me to pay for the breakfast again as he could not find the record showing the payment. After 10 minutes of arguing with him, we were only people at the time. This man told me to eat breakfast for free as GIFT. This man treated me as a person trying to get a free breakfast! After I proved the receipt, he ignored me and did not apologize for his mistake. He treated me unprofessionally and rudely as I am an aged Asian woman. This man should not work at the reception desk.

These rooms are getting really shabby and are not well cleaned. They look really beaten up. I get it it is a very convenient location but for that price you could toss in a breakfast and keep the room cleaner.

I was expecting more. Check in was simple but language barrier was apparent. The room was ok but showing signs of wear. Particularly in bathroom. Grout and mold issues as well as No shower door. When showering in early morning before catching flight realized hey there is no door to close. Flooded whole bathroom even on low water flow just to get a quick rinse. No time to run to another room or shower in separate area. Breakfast not included with such high price for room really not acceptable given meager continental breakfast offered for price. Staff were apologetic but offered no solution or options. Not my choice next time even tho convenience of proximity to terminal.
