This is an amazing house located in a quiet neighborhood of West Falmouth. Access to the private beach was just a quick 5 minute walk, and access to the bike path was equally as easy! The house is exceptionally well maintained and fully stocked (kitchen, kid games galore!, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys!), making this a very easy, low-key get away and a very comfortable home away from home. The host kindly granted us an 11:00 AM checkout (house rules state 10am). The only thing future guests should budget time for is an extensive checkout list, which requires towels to be fully washed/dried and the dishwasher emptied before leaving (there are paper plates however so this helped with breakfast!). Even with the busy morning of departure, it is a fantastic 5-star property that we highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful at Ben’s house in Falmouth. The house was perfect for our large extended family. Everyone had privacy as the house has two sections and plenty of room. Lots of amenities. The house is beautiful and clean, semi-secluded and super close to the beach and bike path. Ben was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
