I have been staying at Inn on the Square consecutively for the last 6 years on business trips to the Cape. The property including rooms are very dated. This is the second year that I stayed in the cottages building. The room was clean, but very outdated, bathroom could be refreshened, wallpaper missing, the room was very musty, I had to open the windows and run the air unit to refresh the room. I suffer from terrible allergies, and the moment I walked in the stale musty air hit me. The beds are very comfortable. I had an issue with my television, but the front desk manager came over at 9:30pm to try and fix it and had engineering over in the morning to fix it, as promised. I always enjoyed staying here for the convenience to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and upper cape where I have business meetings. It is very convenient to down town for restaurants and town hall where I need to get too. This was always a great property, but I may consider alternate accommodations when I return.

It’s a great place. It isn’t really walkable to much but the cleanliness, friendly staff and quick uber ride to Main Street and the steamship authority make it so worth it!!

Good location, walking distance to Falmouth's historic downtown and town square. Front desk had great suggestions for dining and drinking. The place is nothing fancy, but a good value. It's on the main road into town and might not be quite so quiet and accessible during high season as it was in late September.
