The spacious open-concept layout features large picture windows that fill the home with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The grand living room boasts a massive sofa and sleek, minimalist design, perfect for relaxation and socializing. Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for maximum comfort, and the primary suite includes a private office for peaceful work or relaxation.

The basement game room offers foosball, ping pong, and board games, providing entertainment for all ages. The on-site washer and dryer add convenience to your stay, allowing you to pack light and enjoy your vacation fully.



The Davis is perfectly situated for both tranquility and accessibility. Located just a short 2-minute drive or ten minute walk from Menauhant East Beach, you can easily enjoy outdoor adventures while returning to the comfort of this luxurious home. Guests also enjoy visiting nearby Woods Hole or taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard.



For long term stays, we charge a fully refundable security deposit. For stays between 22 days and 6 months, the refundable security deposit is $500 and for stays over 6 months, we charge $,1000. These refundable deposits are charged separately and are only meant to protect our home.

Guest Access:

You'll have full, private access to the main house, driveway, and grounds. The garage is reserved for owner storage and is separate from your stay.



The Neighborhood:

You're a 2-minute walk from the water and a 10-minute drive from Falmouth center. Aside from the end of your street, Menauhant East Beach is your closest swim spot. For seafood, head to The Flying Bridge sitting directly on Falmouth Harbor. Woods Hole is 15 minutes away - worth an afternoon, especially for the ferry views and deep scientific history (you may even the the ship that helped discover the Titanic!). The Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard runs from Falmouth Harbor, about 10 minutes from the house. Old Silver Beach, Chapoquoit, and Surf Drive are all within 15 minutes. The Shining Sea Bikeway connects Falmouth to Woods Hole with incredible view-great for a morning ride!



Getting Around:

You'll appreciate having a car to explore the wonders of Cape Cod, but you can walk to nearby Menauhant Beach and enjoy views of Martha's Vineyard! Or if you're interested in visiting Martha's Vineyard, our home is just 10 minutes away from the Falmouth - Martha's Vineyard Ferry.

- Guest Verification: All guests are required to complete an additional guest verification process after booking, which includes signing a liability agreement.

- Local Bookings: We typically do not host local residents. We may inquire about the purpose of your stay and reserve the right to decline bookings.

- Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required for longer stays and is charged separately before check-in. The deposit is $500 for reservations between 22 days and 6 months, and $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.

- Child-Friendly Rentals: If you need a pack and play or high chair, please inquire for a unique link to rent these items.
