Enjoy bike riding, running or walking the picturesque Great Bay path that leads directly to ocean beaches. A public boat ramp is just a few blocks away. Convenient to downtown Falmouth restaurants and shops, and the Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Expansive deck, slate patio, outdoor shower, fire pit, gas grill, beach chairs and lawn games for family fun. Enjoy a relaxing retreat for your fall or summer getaway!
