The kitchen is fully equipped with tools, appliances, pots, dinnerware etc. to allow you to save on eating out, if desired. We also have WI-FI and Netflix access. You will not be affected by power or water outages as the home is equipped with solar panels and a huge water tank. Check out our beautiful backyard with outdoor seating, grill and retractable sunshade. You will also be happy to know that all windows and doors are screened to prevent insects from entering. The home is stylishly protected by burglar bars, which are not even necessary in this safe gated complex, as security at the gate is tight, and they patrol the vicinity regularly.
