I must start by saying I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with only one exception which I will mention later. It was quiet and I didn’t have to walk too far to get around. It is also a beautiful hotel and the staff were respectful and kind. I loved my room which was cleaned daily and the refrigerator restocked daily. My only complaint is that I am Jamaican and I choose to go back home to enjoy my culture food. I would like to see more options at the buffet for Jamaican dishes. Please put this into consideration because that is the only deal breaker for us.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Ended up switching to another hotel because of a wristband issue. Wristbands aren’t secured properly and they staff demanded 150 usd for replacement. This is prior to even entering the room for the first day. We had staff at Ocean Eden previously and everyone left with their wristband at the end of their stay so there was absolutely no reason why the wristband couldn’t ne deactivated and re issued. Even the staff mentioned it’s a habit of the resort. Beautiful property but the staff definitely needs some training. Would not recommend or return.

The staff was amazing very personable definitely family friendly. Also the Italian food was a 10 out of 10. The jerk hut definitely gave the authenticity of Jamaica. I love that after the club or hanging out that there is a nighttime food place open.(Route 66) . There is something like a uber eat but called ocean eats that provides room service super cute food was hot and fresh every time

The pool was enjoyable they can change the Adult side policy because it wasn’t much on that side a you only paid to enter for the steak house and Captain Martin diner other then everything was on Coral Springs side. The adult pool could have been more entertaining and open later.
