Clean room, great staff, good food (although they need to open an actual Jamaican restaurant on the resort) great variety of restaurants otherwise. Amazing shows! Go see the Bob Marley show and the Michael Jackson show! Shout out to Normani & Ryan ! We loved how helpful Normani was in helping us with our premium package. We will be returning with our children next time!

I was there to celebrate New Year 2026 with my friend, marking my first visit to both the resort and Jamaica. While the location and the resort are absolutely amazing, the management's handling of the place is beyond my imagination. 1. Room Service: 6/10. You won't be able to get extra towels if needed, and the cosmetic products provided are of low quality. Ladies, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. 2. Check-In: Our check-in was delayed by three hours. When we asked one staff member, they disappeared, and asking another yielded the same result. 3. Food and Beverage: The options are limited. If you’re a foodie, this resort is not for you. 4. Entertainment: It was nearly nonexistent. They offer many activities, but you won’t find anyone available to participate. 5. Beach and Pool: The area is beautiful, but there weren’t enough chairs for guests! People woke up at 5 AM to secure a spot on the beach before breakfast because there was no chance of finding a seat later. There was a significant issue with management regarding this, which ruined the vacation atmosphere. After a confrontation with the main manager, they added more chairs on the third day, but it was still insufficient! Overall, I would rate my experience a 4/10. I would never return to this place again. Guests were so disappointed that many didn't leave gratuities for the staff. Think twice before booking…

The quiet atmosphere. The rooms were gorgeous. I've never seen rooms in this luxury looking. Very impressive. I've stayed at far more expensive resorts and never seen rooms like these. The balcony with the bird cage swing. Entertainment staff was good. It was a lively environment but not too party. The restaurant choices are great. It's a family resort one side and adult other side and they do a good job at keeping it separate. It's a hidden gem. Nice beach. I will definitely go back .. As long as they don't raise the rates too high lol.

The room was in good condition, could definitely use some heavier cleaning and restoration. The balcony windows were very dirty. The shower water pressure was not good enough to take an adequate shower. Maintenance came up and said they would replace the shower head, but that was never done. The drinks were also disappointing at certain locations. Asked for a strawberry daquiri and was given a plastic cup with rum poured directly on top and not mixed. That was typical throughout the property. Cabana's were nice as well, but could also use better cleaning.

I like the adult side being isolated from the family side. Usually resorts like this don't keep it separate. Eating choices are great. Romantic atmosphere all around. A nice beach area. Lazy river was nice too. Rooms were probably the best ever. Will stay again. Only about a 30 minute ride from airport.

The room was quite clean and very comfortable bed. I slept very well during my stay. Despite overlooking the pool which had noisy activities at times, once the doors were closed the noise was not overbearing. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Big up to Billy, Kaci, Kyash, Moesha, Michael and so many more I can't remember at the moment. This was my first time at the Eden Bay section of the resort and it didn't disappoint. I got the rest and relaxation I desired for my birthday getaway.

We stayed for 8 days 7 nights and it was great! The room was nice and beautiful and the staff was helpful and very nice. The Ocean was beautiful and the beach is nice and kept up. The entertainment team was amazing! Kash, Adrian, Bobby, and the lovely Kiki! We didn’t want to leave we will definitely be back! The drinks were very good at all the bars and a lot of restaurants to choose from.

The resort is beautiful the rooms are spacious, love the balcony and the egg chair and very well maintained Air conditioning is very cold Staff and food excellent best buffet we’ve had and we’ve been to many resorts in Jamaica over the years Loved the pool, beach is small but very nice although not enough chairs I believe they are working on fixing the ones that got destroyed in the hurricane Great entertainment throughout both properties Restaurants are okay the steak house is by far the best. Did not enjoy the French and Route 66 was disappointing Sports bar had delicious drinks and played all sports on their multiple TV’s we enjoyed watching our hockey games there The Coral Springs had a great little waterpark and lazy river that I’m sure children enjoy Heads up that the stores on property are not affiliated with the resort and we had our card comprised. Security was good though and did a thorough follow up and took down our events of what happened. This can be avoided if the stores were resort stores and purchases can be billed to your room like many other resorts do The only major issue I have with the resort and the reason we didn’t give it a full 5 stars is the smoking. We are non smokers and it is our holiday as well. So when people are allowed to smoke everywhere on property except restaurants and rooms it makes it difficult to find a spot at the pool/beach where someone is potentially going to light up a cigarette or cigar right beside you
