I was there to celebrate New Year 2026 with my friend, marking my first visit to both the resort and Jamaica. While the location and the resort are absolutely amazing, the management's handling of the place is beyond my imagination.
1. Room Service: 6/10. You won't be able to get extra towels if needed, and the cosmetic products provided are of low quality. Ladies, bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc.
2. Check-In: Our check-in was delayed by three hours. When we asked one staff member, they disappeared, and asking another yielded the same result.
3. Food and Beverage: The options are limited. If you’re a foodie, this resort is not for you.
4. Entertainment: It was nearly nonexistent. They offer many activities, but you won’t find anyone available to participate.
5. Beach and Pool: The area is beautiful, but there weren’t enough chairs for guests! People woke up at 5 AM to secure a spot on the beach before breakfast because there was no chance of finding a seat later. There was a significant issue with management regarding this, which ruined the vacation atmosphere. After a confrontation with the main manager, they added more chairs on the third day, but it was still insufficient!
Overall, I would rate my experience a 4/10. I would never return to this place again. Guests were so disappointed that many didn't leave gratuities for the staff.
