Choose another hotel, not this one

None of our requests were honored. Booked an accessible room and was given an upstairs room instead. "That's all we have available." My wife is handicapped and there is NO elevator. Booked a second room and asked that it be adjacent or at least close to the first room. It was as far away as possible.

Clean, staff excellent, tv had an issue he tried getting it to work but it never did. The bed size was supposed to be queen but it was a full size, it was comfortable.

Shower handle not working normally

It would have been nice to have been informed when we checked in that you have to pretty much pull the shower handle out to where you feel like it would break to use it in room 102. We weren't able to take a shower, because we couldn't get it to work and we were afraid of breaking it. We mentioned it the gal at the front desk, who told us what we needed to do to get it to work. It was too late for us, we were checking out shortly after breakfast as we had a long journey still ahead of us. They need to inform all their front desk people to mention the shower in that room, so that doesn't happen to anyone else.
