Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast was hot, eggs, hash browns, turkey sausage, as well as bagels, fruit and cereal. Hot breakfast because it was weekend. Bed was very comfortable, room was nice and clean. Property was well maintained. I was allowed early check-in. Lots of things to eat and shop for around property. Some walkable, some a minute drive. Pool was closed until further notice but I was only staying 1 night. Got a really good night's sleep especially since night before at different hotel the thunderstorm was very loud and long.

Free onsite parking, rooms had ample space and breakfast choices were decent. Bed was very comfy and there were lots and of places around for food. Only complaint was that the pool wasn’t open for the entirety of our stay and the advertised gym was very outdated, however if you’re keen for a workout there is a gym down the road with a gym which offers $10 day passes. Overall a good base from which to explore the Everglades and Biscayne national parks.

I would give it a higher rating but they advertise they have a pool and they do it’s beautiful yet it’s been shut down and closed off to the hotel guest for 2 years misleading advertising update your listings with Expedia and your website to reflect this if you want to be fair to your guest!

The property was a step up from the last time I’ve been there. The food was stale (predictable) It’s the same thing every day soppy eggs, turkey, sausage and store bought waffles every day. They need to change it up a little

Room was fine except for the awful pillows. Flat and just useless. Mediocre breakfast with frozen hash browns, scrambled eggs, and sausage, but everything was well prepared. Good pastry options. Day shift staff very friendly and nice. Didn’t appreciate Fox News on in lobby at check in and breakfast. In these turbulent times, something like the weather channel would be a better choice.

Beware! First door keys didn’t work. Second set had trouble. Front desk said try turning the handle up and down. We got ready for bed, went to take a shower and the hot water was out and spraying water down tub. No hot water in bathroom sink. Called front desk and said it was too late for maintenance (8 pm). We could have a different room but we were all unpacked and ready for bed. He said I could call manager tomorrow when I asked for discount. Called her next day and left message. Never heard back.

I have stayed here many times for atleast 4 years. The upgrades are great! Finally put in upgraded televisions. My constant complaint is the smell of the room fue to the old dirty carpet. It makes the room smell very old. Other than that breakfast is good service is great. Employees are fantastic. I will continue to stay here.
