Enjoy this gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath home located on a beautiful setting on 3 wooded acres at the end of a dead-end road close to I-35. The home is located near many great activities, such as 3 miles from the Willard Munger State Trail, 4 miles from the Duluth Traverse bike trails, 3 miles from the Superior Hiking trail, 4 miles from Jay Cooke State Park, and 9 miles from Spirit Mountain. The home is also only a short 15-minute drive to the Craft District and Lake Superior.

This private home has a master suite on one side with a large master bathroom, complete with a tiled walk-in shower and a large closet. On the other side of the home, there are two bedrooms (one with two twin beds and one with a queen bed). There is a full bath located by these bedrooms and near the living room area. Enjoy the open living space with a gas fireplace, cozy leather furniture, and wood floors. There is a high-end kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven/range, and coffee pot along with a dining space to relax and eat. Off of the living room/kitchen area is a beautiful sunroom where you can enjoy a good book, game night, or shut the door to get work done. The garage is a large game room with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, a 5000-game arcade machine, and a big-screen TV. Out back there is a patio with a grill and patio table to enjoy the large backyard. Newly added is a large wood-burning sauna with a changing room for you to kick back, relax, and unwind. There are two security cameras outside to protect the property and our guests. The home is warm and cozy and we hope you can make it feel like your own during your stay. (Side note: absolutely no parties or events allowed. All guests over 6 must get host approval during booking.)

This home is AMAZING! Beautifully decorated, clean, updated, and perfect for a family stay. The bonus game room was perfect for the teenagers and we all had plenty of space and bathrooms to be really comfortable. We didn't use the sauna but it was like a picture from a magazine! Trip to Duluth area and a college tour. Location is close enough to downtown (~20 minutes), very close to Jay Cooke State park, 10 minutes to Cloquet for groceries, gas, etc.. The house is a great layout, very comfortable and simply set up well. Great communication with the owners. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
