It was a great setting right on the canal. The dock was a great spot for morning yoga. The house was clean and felt surprisingly big when all 7 of us were there. We appreciated the dog-friendly policy, as well. A short walk across to the beach was also enjoyable. All in all, a great stay!

Birthday Celebration

Family members came together to celebrate our son's birthday who lives in Duluth. The owners were so responsive. We were right on the water and even though it was too chilly to get in the water, it was a lovely spot. The cottage was lovely and wonderfully decorated with every little detail considered to care for your stay. Nothing was forgotten. We loved it and would stay there again.

Long weekend for friends and daughters

This is a truly lovely house, the owners have gone over and above to provide every amenity you could possible need or think of. We had a dog with us they even provided towels by the door to wipe off their feet. Appreciated the snow brush for the car when it snowed.High quality, luxury mattresses on all 3 beds, plenty of towels, lovely bathroom amenities. The house itself is comfortable, modern and a great location. Just across the road from the beach and the lake also at the back of the property.We enjoyed sitting by the fire in both rooms and cooking in the kitchen which had everything possible.I would recommend this house to anyone. The owners were very responsive pre booking and remained available during our stay although we did not need them.Thank you again Mia and Steve.

This cottage is a warm and inviting place to be. The owners have provided every convenience you could think of! We brought our dog along and they even had a bed and towels for wiping her feet. Bayview Cottage is great!

Labor Day weekend on Park Point. Loved the cottage, perfect for us. Right on the harbor, fantastic kitchen and baths, nice bed and mattress, easy to Canal Park and all of Duluth. Highly recommend this place. We will be back!!

College roommate weekend

4 of us rented Bayview Cottage for our annual weekend. It was a cold and rainy drive from Minneapolis and we were delighted to walk in and find the fireplace on--we immediately felt at home. Quality time with adult children

We shared a wonderful week with our young adult children in this very comfortable and very clean home. The setting was so beautiful! We all set alarms to enjoy sunrise at the beach and made certain to take a pause in our evening games to see the gorgeous sunset. The hosts were very responsive to questions before our stay. The house was the most well equipped rental we’ve ever stayed in! Every detail and need was anticipated. The host provided an informational binder with so many great resources related to the area. We were sad to leave and look forward to our next stay!

Great vibes at a great lake house

My friends and I had such a great stay at this charming lake house, just steps from the water and a short car ride to restaurants and shops. We loved the whole vibe of the lake house, the big kitchen, the deck, beach, and lawn, and the private dock. It was also great to be right across the road from a great path to the beach, and we also loved kayaking! The hosts were the best ever too. I highly recommend this charming spot... great vibes!
