Too expensive for level of amenities. Felt exploited. Bathroom tub dirty. Poor pillows. Hard beds. Decor did not match. No gluten-free options for the "breakfast", which was really a Continental breakfast, not a full breakfast. Halls not well-lit, no elevator. People were pleasant.

very clean room! the staff were very friendly, and the continental breakfast was substantial...fyi: the switch right next to the mirror by the sink must be in the "on" position in order to activate the light on the mirror light. We will definitely stay there again!

We decided to stay in Cloquet for the night instead of paying a lot more to stay in Duluth for our trip. It was in a good location, staff was very friendly, however the 2 queen beds we got were extremely uncomfortable. Every time you rolled you could hear and feel the springs in the mattress. I would highly recommend you replace them asap. We both woke up with sore backs.

The bathroom was definitely not cleaned. Well there was still items on the floor from the previous guests dirty behind toilet and in the corners. The bedspread had dried crusty stuff on it. A gentleman working at the front counter was kind and courteous.
