Good to know:
Road and parking: About a half mile of the drive is dirt or gravel. AWD is recommended in heavy snow, and the road and driveway are plowed as needed. There’s parking for 4 vehicles and no street parking.
Well and septic: The water is well water and safe to drink, and a Brita filter is in the fridge. Please conserve water, since the septic system is sensitive.
Cabin quirks: This is a cabin turned year-round home, so expect a narrow spiral staircase to the lower level, baseboard heat, and window AC units instead of central air.
Internet: Starlink speeds can vary with weather and the number of users.
