"The 2 gentlemen who checked me in weren’t welcoming. They looked depressed. Didn’t tell me how to get to my room. Room smells like wet dog. Bed comfy. Couch looks old and dirty. Dog hair and Taco Bell cheese found on table as soon as we walked in. They had me in a room next to a baby, a small child and a dog. The baby was crying all night . Can’t really be mad at that, but their dog was mimicking the sounds of the baby crying by howling. They need to do a better job of organizing the rooms so that business travelers are not next to rooms with small children/dogs/babies. Bathroom clean. A/C works. Free breakfast good. WiFi signal not strong. Bathtub out dated and water not hot enough. The two girls who were at the counter when I came by the next day to get some snacks from the lobby were very nice. The snacks were expired though. The sour cream and cheese ruffles had an 8/25 expiration date. They need to make sure to remind all guests to keep mask on when walking around hotel. I’d probably give them another shot and stay here again but in an end suite upstairs. "
