This was an excellent stay from start to finish. Although it was a short one it was a good one. The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly, the hotel was very clean and modern and the breakfast was plentiful and well staffed. We will absolutely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Overall Good Stay

The room was more spacious than expected and comfortable, with good A/C and a working TV. Breakfast was also a nice surprise, with eggs, sausage, and biscuits and gravy. The downside was the couch in our room—it had a strong, unpleasant dog odor, as if it hadn’t been cleaned. In the morning, several guests (including us) found themselves locked out of their rooms, which was frustrating. Thankfully, the front desk staff handled the situation quickly and professionally.

Got to the hotel right 1130pm. The front office lady says she'll be right back with me. She's on a personal call on her cell phone. Leaves for 30 minutes while I'm waiting. Then another guest, then another...30 minutes later appears again, says sorry about that. I had to fix a door for a guest... checks us in after midnight the check in took 1 minute, if that. The room was not great...the room was dingy and humid, the smell of cold wet basement lingered. I felt like I slept in a moldy cave...will never stay here again or this chain.

Rude staff. Never again. Not kid friendly.

Everything was great… aside from the woman that was at the desk late at night. A person next to our room complained because apparently my kids needing the tv on to sleep in a strange place bothered them. She banged on my room at 430am to proceed to yell at me to turn it down or I would be asked to leave. When I told her it was not at all loud and my kids were trying to sleep she told me that she could hear it through the door so it was too loud and needed to be turned down immediately. It was at a volume of 10 out of 100! She was then rude the next night when I asked for towels as I passed the desk so that no one had to bring them up to us. She literally acted as if I asked her to do something strenuous or something! We will never use this hotel again soley because of her! If you have kids definitely don’t stay at this hotel!
