We really enjoyed our stay this year, it’s the second year that we stayed at this motel. Rooms are always clean, comfortable beds and room service is great. They tidy up the rooms everyday. The breakfast is absolutely delicious, always plenty and fresh. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, with check-in and check out. Would definitely recommend this motel. Also parking is great and plenty to chose from, location is also great, restaurants and shopping are very close to motel.

We had a large group in town for a wedding and reserved 8 rooms. The location was great and accommodations worked out perfectly. We needed to make some last minute changes to a couple of the reservations and Brandon the employee duty was kind, polite and very helpful. I appreciated that so much.

The pool was closed for maintenance. There was no indication on the website or Expedia that that was the case. Very disappointing. I chose HI Express because of the pool for my grandkids who live in Campbellsville, KY. I could have stayed for $50 leass at Best Western (pool was not open until June 30).

Staff was very nice and good, but our room was not good. The blinds would not close, the tile on the bathroom floor was broken in front of the bathtub and it was very dark in there. I would not say the rooms where very clean but they were fine.
