Wasn't bad but could have been better.

Overall good, but the beds are too high for my wife to get in without assistance and there are no step stools in the room to assist the effort. Also the shower floor is extremely slippery while trying to take a shower. The risk of falling is high. And lastly, the pool was closed during my stay.

There was hair on the sheets and stains on the pillow case. We were given a change of sheets to change the beds ourselves. We had to go back to ask for pillow cases which were old and torn. The lady at the front desk wasn't very concerned or apologetic. Her only comment was that she had never had issues like this before.We would have left but it was storming outside . I would definitely not recommend staying there.

Our stay was pleasant, room was clean and orderly. staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was limited. On Saturday we returned late. All parking full Also found just like other reviews, pool was not functional. Pool should be removed from hotel amenities if not going to be operational. We would stay again.

The room was adequate and very spacious, but I did ask for an accessibility room and it was not provided, and the hotel was not full at the time of me asking. Overall it was fine and I made the best of it.
