"Overall, this is a great hotel. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. Architecturally, the property is stunning, and it’s kept spotless every single day. The spa is a must—skipping it would honestly feel like missing part of the experience. The food overall was good, though Scena wasn’t our favorite. That said, we tried all the restaurants, and that one just didn’t stand out to us—others might feel differently. If you’re looking for peace and quiet in a beautiful setting with top-tier amenities, this is definitely the place. The adults-only atmosphere is a big plus. In my opinion, it’s absolutely worth visiting. If you want a super detailed breakdown, this isn’t that—but if your goal is to relax, unwind, and enjoy a well-maintained, upscale hotel, just book it."

"We had a great stay at Dreams overall, and the service really stood out. The staff as a whole was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our trip. Theo, Adrianna, and Francis especially went above and beyond to meet our needs and were consistently kind and helpful. There were also several other team members who made a positive impact, even if we didn’t catch all of their names. The entertainment staff was wonderful as well—always pleasant, smiling, engaging, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests. The food could have been better, with more variety and options available, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the team."
