"A Great Stay at the Hyatt Regency Sydney My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Sydney from 12th to 18th October and had a wonderful holiday. The hotel was very clean throughout, our room was a good size and comfortable, and the staff were always pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed breakfast in the hotel restaurant every morning, with a great selection of quality food to suit all tastes. The location was excellent, with Darling Harbour just a short walk away and easy access to the city and the Opera House. There were also plenty of great restaurants and places to eat in the surrounding area. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the Hyatt Regency Sydney to anyone visiting Sydney. We would definitely consider staying here again!"

"Amazing hotel and celebrated our wedding anniversary here. They were kind enough to give us some sparkling wine and a snack. Thank you and it was a lovely stay!"

"Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The building inside looked worse for wear. I was disappointed with its overall appearance."

"The room was very clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, for some inexplicable reason, there was a problem with the water in the bathroom. I was unable to shower or even flush the toilet and spoke to reception about the problem. They were very apologetic and offered me the use of another room. They also offered me a free breakfast. I was appreciative of their efforts, but asked to speak to a manager when they were available. I received a call later in the morning and discussed the matter with the manager. She offered her sincere apologies and assured me that I would be looked after when I next visited the hotel. I cannot fault the manner with which this unfortunate matter was handled, and would definitely recommend the hotel for those travelling and in need of the convenience of public transport and/or passage to the airport."
