Staff from arrival to departure were excellent throughout. Food and beverage in bar were also excellent. Rooms were very spacious and kept clean and serviced daily. Hotel location is excellent but only 4 as area around hotel has major building works ongoing. Not the hotels fault but still there.

Great 5 Star Hotel

Hotel was centrally located all within a short walk to most of Sydney attractions. Hotel is beautiful and service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

There was no hot water and the water pressure was literally a slow trickle. I took a shower in cold, trickling water. It took them 30 mins to fix it, but by then I was late for my meeting so had to take a freezing shower. I give credit as the staff tried to rectify after it was fixed, but the way they handled the problem at hand was not very professional.

Great location. My room was moved from outside facing to an inside room very graciously. Thank you Reception staff. The room had the best Aircon I’ve ever used in any hotel, easy to use and very responsive. I had a streaming connection issue which was resolved quickly and in a friendly way. The bed and pillows are super comfy. This was my second stay when coming to Sydney and I will come back.

This is a well run hotel with spacious rooms with great spa bath bathrooms. It was comfortable although I prefer not to turn ny head when watching tv from the bed. The food and restaurants were great. Fast room service.
