The bed was awful, very uncomfortably. It’s basically a roll away bed pushed up against a headboard. No top sheet on the bed, only a fitted sheet and duvet. The towels are old and feel rough. No wash cloths were provided. When we requested for two to be brought to our room was told they have none available. Room was not made up one day. Lighting is terrible. No bedside light/lamp. The light switch beside the bed turned on the bright overhead pot lights. No USB charging outlet and no electrical converter for international guests. No blackout curtains, instead room has roller blinds. The flooring is lumpy, the carpet is black, it didn’t feel clean. Lastly, we didn’t have the continental breakfast but we took a look. It’s very basic, not worth the price.

The hotel has good access to SkyBus and the city, which was very convenient. The room itself was comfortable, and the location worked well for transport and getting around. However, cleanliness was an issue. The bed sheets had visible stains, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable. Hygiene standards, especially in the room was weak. The breakfast was very poor with extremely limited options. There were almost no hot or cooked items available apart from beans and eggs, and the overall quality was disappointing. In summary, while the location, room comfort, and transport access were good, cleanliness and breakfast quality need serious improvement.

Absolutely outstanding stay at Atlantis Hotel. From the moment I arrived I was blown away by how amazing the staff are. The reception team are truly next level welcoming, friendly, attentive and incredibly professional. They go out of their way to make you feel valued and cared for and nothing is ever too much trouble. Every interaction felt genuine and warm and the level of professionalism across the entire hotel is exceptional. It honestly could not be a better experience. The service alone makes Atlantis Hotel stand out as one of the best places I have ever stayed. Huge credit to the reception staff and the whole team for creating such an awesome and memorable experience. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Location was good close to Southern Cross Station, Expensive parking. Would not he high up the list on the rebooking. During the stay we advised that we could smell like electrical burning smell on the floor we were on and stronger in the lefts. The older guy at the front desk rudely said "ifs from the bush fires, go out side and smell"! being from a bush fire area we know the smell and it wasn't that, returned to the hotel with the Fire Brigade there with breathing apparatus and fire extinguishers in hand, and no evacuation! Outdated and floors are not secure from reception anyone can just hop in a lift.

The room was spotless. The staff was very helpful. When I asked for a herbal tea, as someone from my party was unwell, it was given almost immediately. The only complaint that I have is that the cold water in the women's shower was not working.
