Cute and cozy. Very private set back from town but a great way to relax, chill and get away from it all

Very dated inside the unit but otherwise clean and comfortable for most part. Could use updating for the $188 per night price tag. Owner friendly and a quiet stay. AC worked well.

Well maintained, old motel in a good location. Stayed for 1 night for 4th of July holiday. It was clean and the owners were lovely. The room had mini fridge, microwave, TV and towels. It smelled moldy but putting on the AC helped the smell dissipate. Great for young adults or budget travelers.

A rustic property, clean and with basic amenities, but nothing fancy. It served our purpose by being a short drive to Woods Hole and an early Sunday morning ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

Many dining options within 10-15 minutes drive or less. Also close to Walmart as well as other markets and stores. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my late check in. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of hot water. Quiet location on a residential street. Was there for Cape Cod marathon and can not emphasize what a great location this is for easy access to Main Street Falmouth.
