"Under the mattress pad and on the sides of mattress, urine every where ! Really gross. Told staff they just said “ ok” "

"The room wasnt ready when we got there, even though it was a couple hours after check in time. When we got in the room, there were nasty stains on the carpet and hallway. There was also mold in the bathroom. The tv remote didnt work. The elevator didnt work for a full day. There was no hot breakfast either morning we were there. There was garbage left in the hallway for 2 days. It was one disappointment after another."
