Good day. Glad you asked. The carpet in all the rooms I’ve been in are dirty. I’ve stayed here twice. Even changed rooms. Same result with all rooms. Dirty carpet, hair in bed & hair in shower. Housekeeping is not doing a good job here at all. Perhaps if you do stay here you’ll luck up with a room with clean carpets and no hairs in bed. On the other hand if clean carpets and hair in bed does not bother you, then this establishment will be perfect for you.

Good day. This is my second time staying here. First time several hairs on sheets. Spoke with management. I was offered a resolution. So I decided to try it again. This time same thing. Hair on sheets, hair in shower, filthy carpet. Also something was stuck on the toilet which looked like toothpaste. I was offered a room change. The new room had hair on sheets and carpet was dirty. Changed rooms again. Still noticed hair on sheets. Changed rooms again. Still hair on sheets. Carpet was dirty. But better than the other rooms I guess. I was exhausted and decided to stay in the room. Obviously it’s either a washing machine issue or housekeeping is not changing the sheets. Either way it’s unacceptable. If you are not going to keep your carpets clean I suggest you don’t have carpet at all. And if the hair on the sheets is a wash machine issue I suggest housekeeping check for hairs and remove them after making bed. The rooms just feel & look dirty. I’ve come to the conclusion that your establishment isn’t capable of offering any better. So I won’t be going back. Thank you for your time.

The things that were good: clean, comfy, restaurants nearby and quiet. Not so great: none of the drinking fountains worked to refill bottles or get water. I felt bad draining their water container in the front (which never was very full) The gym equipment was funky. The electrical part of the stairmaster would not work and none of the screens worked. No water available in gym and drinking fountain missing a handle and no water. The coffee nice in lobby but I only got half a cup because it was out by 8:30 am. I wanted to do work on wifi and could not connect. The ladies at the front desk said sorry you can call our internet customer service number to help you. That was crazy. After an hour it started working but to ask a paid guest to troubleshoot their issues and call the 1-8-00 number to troubleshoot the wifi issue was terrible customer service. Great price $130 a night and was comfy and clean but for an ING (have a card and member) it needed help.. ps the bar looks like a school cafeteria
