"Great location, rooms are nice and spacious, we got a great room upgrade, only complaint was that our room was over hotel entrance and facing street, loud cars, and sirens at times, late at night. Staff was wonderful and great bar and restaurant, pool was nice but dirty from Saturday's rush, lots of hair in water and a stain on white comforter. Pool towels need to be stocked more often, so the hotel itself is wonderful."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay with the excellent service we had, whether it was food service or getting a new coffee maker when the room’s one wasn’t working. The staff were helpful and quick to provide service/help. I spotted items around the property that suggested lack of money or staff in up-keeping the property. Pool bathrooms were still dirty from the day before. An exposed wire on the pool deck under a tree. Spots on carpets, dust on light fixtures. Maybe little things, but if it continues, this property will not be the beautiful hotel it began as."
