Jennifer at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. She made it fast and easy during check in. Room was clean. Staff was accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities from the hot tub to refreshments and breakfast was delicious. Definitely will return if in the area

Terrible part of town, we showed up and the security guard was being attacked by a vagrant in the parking lot. And a few times through the night I heard people trying to break into the other entrances of the hotel, banging and yelling at the doors. Our stay was nonrefundable so we just stayed, but the room was terribly outdated and musty smelling. Sheets on the bed were dirty, stained with lipstick. Breakfast was lame, prepackaged sweet rolls, nothing fresh, juice was gross and old. Guess you get what you pay for.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms. The breakfast is nice, all carbohydrates, besides yogurt and hard boiled eggs, lacking protein. Staff were respectful and helpful. Be aware, shuttle stops service at 10 pm, we arrived later than that and had to uber from the airport.

Every employee I encountered was pleasant and kind. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. There are so many choices for breakfast! Also this hotel is in a very convenient area and I felt safe. Other hotel guests were friendly too

Clean room, great breakfast! Staff is very friendly and some have been there over 25 years! Very accommodating and they have a shuttle that takes you to the convention center! We have been staying her for 30 years!
