I did not enjoy my stay at the Hyatt because the hotel clerk charge my card before I can make a final decision about staying there that night. I was indecisive whether I wanted to stay the night of the 24th because my birthday was on the 25th but I actually wanted to stay the night of the 25th instead of the 24th but the hotel clerk charge my card so suddenly without my final decision so I was unhappy that I paid for a night that I was not intending on staying. I will not be booking at the Hyatt anymore because I felt like my birthday was ruined due to the hotel clerk not listening to me when I knew I was not ready to pay for the room but she charged my car too fast.
