Muchas cosas mal, no esta a 20 min de san miguel de allende como dicen.., esta a 45 minutos y hay que atravesar 20 minutos de un camino terrible de 1 sola via ida y vuelta, el jacuzzi sucio con el agua turbia y nisiquiera calienta bien, se iba y venia la luz de noche, el calefactor no es el adecuado para el espacio (muchisimo frio de noche 9 grados en el interior), en recepcion no funcionaba el telefono y se tardan en responder whatsapp al que ni se puede llamar (en caso de emergencia estas por tu cuenta) y para colmo al final nos cobran una tarifa extra que no avisaron en expedia.. osea que pagamos por expedia y aparte para salir hay que pagar marrulleramente casi 500 pesos que te diran hasta el final.

Más que un hotel es toda una experiencia, las tents están de LUJO, el jacuzzi privado nos encantó y la vista a los viñedos es impresionante, por la noche pudimos apreciar el cielo lleno de estrellas desde nuestra terraza con fogata. Los alimentos que prepara el chef son de primera y están incluidas. El servicio de los anfitriones ESPECTACULAR, todo el tiempo estuvieron al pendiente de lo que pudiéramos necesitar. No me esperaba este nivel de experiencia. Definitivamente es una experiencia para desconectarte de la rutina y conectar con tu entorno. La piscina está climatizada con una vista increíble y las bebidas del bar están deliciosas. Está a 20 minutos de San Miguel de Allende y vale totalmente la pena.
