"Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the 12pm checkout and free breakfast. The only downside was we requested a king bed as I had originally booked two queens and the receptionist said there was one available on the first floor. Little did I know next door was the teams room. It was very annoying that at 7am staff was going in and out and the door slammed each time. "

"The stuff is super rude. stayed there for two night i extended from my first to second night when i told the stuff they told me they don’t have any reservations for me made me wait 30 mins . afterwards told me i’d have to make a reservation i did that made me stay in the same room . ALSO says pet friendly the stuff kept knocking on the door and afterwards presented to tell me my dogs it’s loud even tho they kept knocking on the door"

"Customer service was excellent at the front desk and restaurant. I cannot say the same at the spa, the lady there was short and not very helpful. The property is older and could use some renovations, but if they are going for the rustic western feel, they are successful. They have a game room for the kids but there are just a handful of games and they are either not working or you cannot play them as they require quarters and the change dispenser was not working. They did have a movie room that was very nice. The balcony rooms were nice, with a great view of the lake."
